We provide detailed condition reports upon request and are happy to discuss any questions about a specific piece before purchase.

9. Return and Refund Policy

For pieces purchased directly through Titanic Shift, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The garment must be unworn and in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once returned merchandise is inspected and found to meet return criteria, we will process a refund within 10 business days. Custom-commissioned pieces are non-refundable once production has begun, as agreed upon at the time of commission.

10. Limitations on Liability

Titanic Shift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, materials, or any information contained on the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
